Each year, the HOBY Minnesota Board of Directors + Seminar Leadership Team work to provide a 3-day seminar experience that challenges and empowers students to leverage their leadership abilities for greater good.

Without all of the hard work, dedication, and donations from our volunteers this life-changing experience wouldn't be possible.

Below are available volunteer + sponsorship opportunities! We’d love to have you on board and a part of our HOBY Minnesota Family!

Volunteer Opportunities

  • Junior Staff: join ambassadors as energizers throughout the weekend, help set up activities, and promote the HOBY culture.

  • Junior Facilitator: partner with a facilitator and assist in facilitating group discussions and overall event coordination.

  • Facilitator: lead small group of students, facilitate group discussions and overall event coordination throughout seminar weekend. Must be 21+

  • Board of Directors: assist in a specialty role to drive awareness + registration for seminar. Roles could include: Secretary, Treasurer, Director of Fundraising, Director of Alumni Engagement, etc.
